Lynne Fraser talks about three things seniors can do at home to improve their wellness.
? Engage in enjoyable physical activities. ?Movement really can minimize the negative impacts of whatever you might be dealing with.?
? Eat right. ?A healthy, well-balanced diet is the key. The fuel that you put in your body makes a difference on how it runs. (When you look at ingredient labels) if you can?t pronounce it, don?t eat it. Natural is the key.?
? Medication management. ?If you are on medications, you need to really make sure you are taking them properly and that you are communicating to your doctor regularly (about) any complications or concerns.?
